Fevers, call-ins, and a million movies

I worked the last two days, and was supposed to work today, but early this AM, Aurora crawled in to bed with us for the 2nd time that night, burning with fever. So I gave her some tylenol, called her school and since it was still more than two hours before my shift begain, I called off to work today. According to the pedatrician's office, there is a nasty bug going 'round (like when is there not?) where the child gets a fever, then 'stomach problems'. Great. So I am alternating tylenol and motrin to keep the fever down. She's watched three movies in a row today, and I have bummed around the house. Astrid, the smiling rose that she is, just rolls, scoots, and plays like an angel.
