Good-byes

Yesterday Auggie brought his kiddos over to say good-bye to our kiddos. Thats right, Aurora had to tell her best friend good-bye! It was very sad for us. Auggie and his family are moving to Seattle, WA, so he can go to school to be a nautuopathic physician. He was accepted to the program last month and since then has been srambling to get their house ready, stuff packed and the obligitory algebra course finished. Needless to say he has been a very busy person!

Monica, his wife has been up in Seattle arranging living quarters and getting Amaya registered for school. She starts Kindergarten this fall!

We are sure gonna miss them. Aurora asked me this morning, "Mommy? Can I draw a picture for Amaya? Then you can write on the back of it for me, Bye-Bye, I will miss you. You are my best friend." Oh. My heart is sad for her.
