Whoa..

For my birthday, I recieved a gift card to Gadabout Salon and Spa and so yesterday, I went for the Ultimate Pedicure. OMG. I. have. the. sexiest. feet. ever. Pampering to the max. Wooo! Anyway, what a neat place. A little, (okay a lot) on the pricey side, but as a gift, I am certainly not complaining. Then Ryan, the girls and I met our friends January, Mary, Mary's baby Lilly for dinner at the Blue Fin. We ate fish and chips, and Aurora ran around the courtyard playing near the fountain. Then as if we hadn't eaten enough, we sampled some ice cream (gelato, actually) afterwards.
Today, I called a yard cleaner-upper, recieved an estimate and started work on my back yard. I took some "before" photos, cant wait to see the "after" photos. There is a massive old Palo Verde that is getting a haircut, and some dead cactus that is really pack rat central getting raked and hauled, and some vicious pyrocantha being tamed.
Then when Ryan gets back from Paintball (sigh) we're all gonna go see Corpse Bride. I love Tim Burton and Johnny Depp.
