Here are a coupla pics from our Vegas trip. The nephews, the neice, the funny uncles...

We had a really nice time, and the plane trip was fantastic. Although, truthfully I have a certain amount of anxiety before we actually get on the plane. I like to fly, and once on board, I can relax. Its the waiting in line for boarding passes, and to check luggage, and the security lines, ugh! What a huge knot in my stomach. We were trudging thru the security lines and there was a woman in line next to us, having a full blown panic attack. "Omigod! This line! I am gonna miss my plane! What will I do? I can't miss my flight! I have never seen it this busy!" Her voice frantic, and increasingly more high-pitched as she continued on and on. The sad thing is that those were EXACTLY my thoughts, but I had the presence of mind to keep it to myself. But there are benifits of traveling with small children. You get pulled ahead in security lines, partially because you and the children have to practically strip naked to get thru the metal detectors. And, you get to board the plane first with all the canes and walkers. Thats good, especially in the free-for-all southwest airlines seating.
