More on Vegas

It is still very cold here. Grammy's party last night at the Plant Hollywood was great! There were about 50 million people there, just to celebrate Grammy turning 80. There were cousins, aunts, uncles, friends, sisters, brothers, 4th cousins, etc... Jim and Susan presented Grammy with a quilt that she made; it had photos of all the family members sewn into it. It was truly amazing. Laurie put together a lovely scapbook, arranged the whole dinner and accomodations for the 50 million relatives. I feel pretty special to get to call these folks family.

We're flying back to Tucson this afternoon. And then we'll get to sleep in our own beds. *sigh*
