Vegas Baby

Happy birthday to Astrid, she's one today. She is exceedingly cheerful and silly today. She says a phrase that sounds like "whats zat?" She points and says, "Whats zat?!" Probably about five hundred times per day. There's different inflection as well... If she says it really fast or loud, it means, "Give it to me right now!" If she says it in a conversational tone, I think it means, "Oh? Mommy dear, can you please name the object/person I am pointing at?" She loves toothbrushes. She carries one all the time. If its between a toy, or a toothbrush, she always chooses the latter. Odd little kid.

Any way, Las Vegas is friggen COLD. We froze our tushies off while waiting for the Belaggio's fountains to come on. They are very pretty, and fairy-tale like. We are staying in my brother-in-law's time share apartments, which have larger sq footage than our old house. There is a heated pool and spa that Ryan and I plan to relax in later.
