Yesterday morning I went to a yoga class at the Y. It has been a while since I have been to any yoga class. I have forgotten how relaxing they can be. Soft music, stretching, meditating, strange twinges in muscles soft and doghey from disuse. There is a class every weekday morning. I think I would like to go more often.
The girls and I went to the swap meet with my parents today. We had a little breakfast at the outdoor carnecerias while we were there. I had a bean and cheese burrito on the freshest tortilla ever. Jen and my mom had a bowl of menudo soup. Um yeah, there is stuff called "tripe" in menudo. I know what part of the beef/pork that is! And Aurora, miss picky universe gulped it up! "Yummy soup, gramma Dorothy!" The kid is strange, I tell you. She received a lot of compliments for trying something new.
Then, it got hot. Like sweat down the crack hot. Not Lake Havasu hot, but Tucson hot. And still, with no breeze whatsoever. So we called it a day. Ryan met us at home after a tough morning of paintball, where we settled in to work on the computer, play xbox, and nap. *sigh*

We also have the hot - sweat down the crack - thing going on. I swear the kids will have gills by the end of the summer they are swimming so much. But, hey - what every beats the heat!
