The one thing about being back in school, is that I am feeling that I am learning stuff again. Which I suppose is a good thing, since it is, you know, school... and you are supposed to learn stuff... Anyway, the other thing is that though I only meet once a week, there is an ass-load of homework EVERY WEEK. It requires 1000 word papers due weekly... and then there is all the reading, and the researching, that takes time and some amount of effort. And sadly, my hobbies have been suffering! I made sure to get laundry, dishes, cooking, cleaning out of the way, but then I must do homework, and by the time that is done, I can't sit anymore at the computer.
How much TV will damage a child?
Why are naps wonderful as an adult, but not so much as a child?
Why is it so friggen' hot here?
Why when having three kids in a house does the mess not only triple, but instead increases exponentially?
Why does the cat foam at the mouth when the pharmacist said this new medication is 'very palatable and most animals will take it willingly'?
Why do you have to wait until your service plan expires to get a new phone?
What should I buy for my husband's anneversary gift? It is in two days.
How much per pound is Eukanuba cat food anyway?
Why is it when there are annoying jobs to do, (vacuuming) I feel like blogging instead?
Why can't I just go to the spa and have a pedicure?

Hey - Crazy Lady's Problem solving to the rescue! (cue superhero music)
How much TV will damage a child?
~When you are a working mom, and going to school - don't worry about it. The extra TV they watch now, will more than be made up for in the future, once you are done with school.
Why are naps wonderful as an adult, but not so much as a child?
~Because everything we did as a child is so much better as an adult! Nap time, Reading time, Arts and Craft time, Alone time... you get the picture
Why is it so friggen' hot here?
~because, it's the stinking desert!
Why when having three kids in a house does the mess not only triple, but instead increases exponentially?
~Because kids and mess are like perpetual motion - they feed upon themselves. Now if we could bottle that, all out energy concerns would be over.
Why does the cat foam at the mouth when the pharmacist said this new medication is 'very palatable and most animals will take it willingly'?
~Because he isn't most animals (and I am sure it has nothing to do with the Mr. Bubble that some little girl fed to him at lunch time)
Why do you have to wait until your service plan expires to get a new phone?
~Thats easy - because they are money gubbing *bleep bleep bleep bleep* Damn, big business.
What should I buy for my husband's anneversary gift? It is in two days.
~Home Depot gift card? Thats what mine would love. (with a note saying he can buy any tool he wants, not something for household projects)
How much per pound is Eukanuba cat food anyway?
~A Gazillion Dollars.
Why is it when there are annoying jobs to do, (vacuuming) I feel like blogging instead?
~Blogging is WAYYYYYYYY more fun
Why can't I just go to the spa and have a pedicure?
~GO! IF anyone notices the dust bunnies under the couch, just tell them you are opening a habitat for endangered dust bunnies, and they should applaud your effort to take care of the indiginous (SP?) wild life in your house!
Here's some questions for you!
Why does the wind blow everytime I sweep outside?
Why do tumbleweeds grow so much better than something I planted?
Why do leaf cutters favor roses instead of eucalyptus?
Why do grandkids behave better than my own kids did?
Happy Anniversary! What did you two end up doing? And how many years have you been married! I love to hear of anniversaries. :)
As for your random thoughts... your sis-in-law did a great job answering them... but the cat foaming: maybe the cat nip is not cat nip but "pot"... happened to my cat when I was not living at home, but only my brother was! My mother wondered what the cat-nip was doing in the hall neat my brother's bedroom, so she took it back to the kitchen and proceeded to feed it to the cat for 2 weeks. Made the cat foam and off-balance. ;) LOL
Hope you are enjoying the rain! Take care, and I miss not seeing you as much! :(
